Philip Haworth


Phil qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1985 and has been self-employed since that date. In 1995 he formed Haworth & Co, based primarily in Dereham then adding a Norwich office in 2012 . Phil's expertise is in all areas of taxation and meets regularly with clients to discuss tax planning situations. He also takes the lead on the recruitment of new clients and expansion of the business. Phil is proud of the fact that, over the years, he has sponsored many young persons to study for and achieve professional qualifications and this continues to be the philosophy of the business.

Kevin Stocks

Accounts Manager

Kevin is a Fellow Member of the Association of Accounting Technicians and a Member of the Association of Taxation Technicians, and has 19 years’ experience after joining the firm as a trainee in 1999. Kevin acts as Head of Accounts and Operations Manager and is responsible for ensuring the smooth and effective running of our business whilst supporting a wide range of clients. He deals with all areas of accounting, taxation, bookkeeping and general business advice, particularly for owner-managed businesses.

Danielle Reynolds-Laye

Payroll and Bookkeeping Manager

Danielle is a member of the Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals and currently heads up the Bookkeeping and Payroll department. She has been with the company since 2008 and in this time has completed her AAT studies and more recently her Foundation Degree in Payroll Management. She is responsible for our client's VAT returns, bookkeeping, CIS responsibilities and payroll processing, along with our new Auto-Enrolment service.

She is currently on her Maternity leave.

Karen Shackcloth

Payroll Administrator

Karen joined the company in May 2018. She is responsible for all payroll matters and has 14 years’ experience in this regard.

Craig Parfitt

Accounts Senior

Craig joined the company in November 2010 and has qualified as an Accounting Technician with the Association of Accounting Technicians. He is currently studying towards an Association of Taxation Technicians Qualification. His main responsibilities include supervising and training junior members of staff, producing year-end accounts for a wide range of clients and undertaking bookkeeping work.

Scott Luck

Semi Senior Accountant

Scott is based in our accounts department and has qualified as an Accounting Technician with the Association of Accounting Technicians. Scott’s main responsibilities lie within preparation of sole trader, partnership and limited company year end accounts together with various bookkeeping jobs.

Louise Frame

Trainee Accountant

Louise joined the team in September 2016 and has passed her Level 3 Association of Accounting Technicians qualification. She is currently studying towards Level 4 qualification with the Association of Accounting Technicians. Louise assists with the preparation of statutory accounts and undertakes numerous bookkeeping and payroll jobs.

Becky Cox

Trainee Accountant

Becky joined the company in July 2018 as a trainee accountant. She is currently studying towards Level 3 qualification with the Association of Accounting Technicians. She currently assists with the preparation of sole trader and partnership accounts.

Wendy Johnson

Administrative Assistant

Wendy joined the firm in December 2018. She has a wealth of experience in office management and deals with all administrative & secretarial matters within the office.
