Meet the Team

Philip Haworth


Phil qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1985 and has been self-employed since that date. In 1995 he formed Haworth & Co, based primarily in Dereham then adding a Norwich office in 2012. Phil’s expertise is in all areas of taxation and he meets regularly with clients to discuss tax planning situations. He also takes the lead on the recruitment of new clients and expansion of the business. Phil is proud of the fact that, over the years, he has sponsored many young persons to study for and achieve professional qualifications and this continues to be the philosophy of the business.

Kevin Stocks

Accounts Manager

Kevin is a Fellow Member of the Association of Accounting Technicians and a Member of the Association of Taxation Technicians, and has 22 years’ experience after joining the firm as a trainee in 1999. Kevin acts as Heads of Accounts and Operations Manager and is responsible for ensuring the smooth and effective running of our business whilst supporting a wide range of clients. He deals with all areas of accounting, taxation, bookkeeping and general business advice, particularly for owner-managed businesses.

Danielle Reynolds-Laye

VAT & Bookkeeping Manager

Dannie joined the company in 2008 completing her AAT qualification and a Foundation Degree in Payroll Management before leaving to start a family. She returned to the company on a part-time basis in 2019 running the Vat and bookkeeping department whilst continuing her interest in Construction Industry Scheme and payroll matters. In February 2021, she took maternity leave in advance of the birth of her second child.

Karen Shackcloth

Payroll Administrator

Karen joined the company in May 2018. She is responsible for all payroll matters and has 17 years’ experience in this regard.

Craig Parfitt

Accounts Senior

Craig joined the company in November 2010 and has qualified both as an Accounting Technician with the Association of Accounting Technicians and as a Taxation Technician with the Association of Taxation Technicians. His main responsibilities include supervising and training junior members of staff, producing year-end accounts for a wide range of clients and undertaking bookkeeping and tax return work.

Scott Luck

Accounts Technician

Scott is based in our accounts department and has qualified as an Accounting Technician with the Association of Accounting Technicians. Scott’s main responsibilities lie within the preparation of sole trader, partnership and limited company year-end accounts together with various bookkeeping jobs.

Louise Frame

Accounts Technician

Louise joined the team in September 2016 and has qualified as an Accounting Technician with the Association of Accounting Technicians. She is currently studying for her ACCA Chartered Certified Accountants qualification. Louise assists with the preparation of statutory accounts and undertakes numerous bookkeeping and VAT jobs.

Tabitha Nichols

Tabitha Nichols

Accounts Technician

Tabitha recently joined the company in February 2021 and prior to this completed the last exam before qualifying as an Accounting Technician with the Association of Accounting Technicians. She hopes to further her study by enrolling with the ACCA and commencing a Chartered Certified Accountants qualification. In the work place, she will be involved in the preparation of accounts covering all trading vehicles.

Becky Cox

Trainee Accountant

Becky joined the company in July 2018 as a trainee accountant. She is currently studying towards Level 4 qualification with the Association of Accounting Technicians. She assists with the preparation of sole trader and partnership accounts and is heavily involved in our book-keeping department.

Wendy Johnson

Administrative Assistant

Wendy joined the firm in December 2018. She has a wealth of experience in office management and deals with all administrative and secretarial matters within the office.
